Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

All merchandise returned to JEWELRY FOYA; must be in its original packaging along with all original items that came with the product. If the original packaging is not available, please securely package your product using a replacement box and appropriate packaging to ensure proper protection of the device. The return address will vary by product but will be listed on the return label.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.

Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and are not subject to refunds or returns unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited. Next, contact your bank.
